Having, guilt, Affecting, majorly

Guilt of having sex at 14 is affecting me majorly?

When I was 14 I had sex by choice. The guy was my boyfriend of about 1 and 1/2 years. I thought I was in love (stupid, I know trust me) and felt like since I loved him, I should please him. I wanted to be with him for the rest of my life but now I see how naive and stupid I was. We ended things last summer for good and are now good friends. After I got over him, the guilt started building up. I wanted to get rid of it so I got a purity ring. My mom helped me pick it out and everything but she doesnt know i'm not a virgin and I am so scared of telling her. I wanna be clean but I just don't know. I have only told a few close friends but my problems are this; I have not fully forgave myself. I don't know how I can. It affects every decision I make. It has caused trust issues and anger issues. I also think i have not come around because I feel as if God has not forgave me, I have prayed for forgiveness and all but how do i know if he has forgave me? Where do I get rid of this guilt? By admitting to my parents? I want forgiveness, It has caused me so much pain and shame. It doesnt help the fact that i have a new boyfriend (of 2 months) and I am afraid we may eventually become sexually active. I dont know when or if I should tell him either?

PLEASE DONT BASH ME. I KNOW WHAT IVE DONE IS WRONG AND DONT NEED ANYONE TO GIVE ME A GUILT TALK.
