different, condom, wear, infection, yeast

How different is sex with a condom? (Have to wear one do to yeast infection)?

I am nearly 40 and never had to wear a condom do to being married and later a vasectomy.

Recently I developed a yeast infection do to antibotics I am one.

So the only way I can get my wife to "have relations' with me is if I wear one.

Can anyone offer some good advice on what to buy and more importantly what to expect...for the next month?
